Summary:
Reporting to the Program Director for the Change the World From Here Institute (Change Institute), the Graduate Facilitator will contribute to the short and long-term goals of the Change Institute in addition to those within Student Leadership and Engagement (SLE) and its programs.
Working in a variety of programs, the Graduate Facilitator will use their experience to help SLE reach Institute and departmental outcomes of providing programs and services that support students; leadership development and promote student engagement in co-curricular activities open to all USF students.
Specifically, the Graduate Facilitator will assist with the development, coordination, and facilitation of the Magis Emerging Leadership Program and support other leadership programs and resources of the Institute and department.

Job Description:
ResponsibilitiesManage the development, coordination, and facilitation of the Magis Emerging Leadership Program Manage and coach the Magis Leadership Team through trainings, team meetings, and one-on-one meetings.
Prepare and facilitate retreats, weekly cohort meetings, and supplemental workshops.
Engage campus and local partners and connect fellows with ongoing leadership opportunities.
Assist with ongoing curriculum development, including the maintenance of facilitation materials.
Coordinate the marketing, recruitment, and selection efforts for Fellows and Leadership Team.
Manage alumni engagement through social media channels like Instagram and LinkedIn.
Assess desired learning program outcomes through formative and summative tools of both Fellows and the Leadership Team.
Provide support for other department leadership programs and resources Assist in recruitment and selection efforts for McGrath Scholars, McGrath Graduate Fellows, and other programs as needed.
Assist with curriculum development and program delivery including retreats, weekly classes, and ongoing workshops as needed.
Contribute content to the annual Institute Newsletters Assist in the preparation for Advisory Board meetings for the Change Institute.
Assist in the development and facilitation of leadership trainings for student staff, student organizations, and other student leaders.
Research, plan, and facilitate leadership workshops as needed.
Build leadership resource library, including online resources for SLE.
SLE Departmental/Program Support Serve as support for SLE departmental signature programs including Involvement Fairs, ASUSF Town Halls, Dons Night Out, and DONAROO.
Participate in department/division activities including meetings, retreats, events, and staff development.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Enrollment in Master's or Doctoral program is required (Doctoral preferred) Experience in training, facilitation, learning & development, and/or coaching Applicant must have an understanding of program management with strong administrative skills Self-starter attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely matter would be ideal traits in a successful candidate Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office products is required Time CommitmentA full year commitment is required, open to application for a second term if eligible.
Intern will work Monday-Friday (some evenings and/or weekends required) at a rate of $27.
00 per hour for 20-25 hours per week during each academic semester.
In addition, 30 hours per week for 3 weeks prior to the start of fall semester, and two additional weeks of 30 hours (each) prior to the start of spring semester is required for training and planning purposes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
