(Please note that work shifts may be broken up into different scheduled segments, as long as each segment is no less than 90 minutes.
For example:
you may work from 10am-11:
30am, leave work to go to class, then return to work later that day to continue working from 1pm-3pm.

Job Description:
Responsibilities / DutiesStudents hired for this position will assist the Contracts Manager with the following:
Assist with accurately organizing, researching, and filing digital and physical documents.
Assist with precise formatting, organizing and maintaining of digital document library and conforming to current digital folder storage system using Box storage software.
Assist with carefully identifying, inputting and tracking document expiration data using Microsoft Excel and Box.
Diligently assist with monitoring documents approaching expiration.
Assist with auditing incoming documents for proper and timely classification and storage.
Organize, file and scan physical documents into a logical format for archival purposes.
Perform office work such as copying, faxing and shredding.
Deliver documents to various sites on campus.
Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, assisting with other filing and scanning projects within Facilities, under the direction of other Facilities supervisors.
Qualifications:
Though no previous contract experience is required and training is provided, excellent organizational skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to contribute to professional and respectful atmosphere for all Facilities personnel, associates, and guests.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications; Macintosh platform experience.
Responsible work ethic:
punctuality, professional demeanor, and dependability are absolutely required.
Maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding all Facilities data, information, and documentation, whether speculative or definite, is mandatory.
