Summary:
The University of San Francisco Athletics Department seeks a detail-oriented, motivated and organized individual to work with the Associate Athletic Director of Facilities and Special Projects to oversee the game presentation, and game operations for the Athletics Department.
This candidate under the supervision of the Associate Athletic Director of Facilities and Special Projects will be responsible for assisting in setup and tear down of events, ticket sales, marketing and promotions, and other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:
oGate:
Selling tickets and taking in the proceeds the day of the event.
oScoreboard:
Running the clock or keeping score during an event.
oWebcasting:
Assist the SID with Live Streaming the sporting event.
oShagging:
Assist the officials with the running of the sporting event by setting up and shagging during the game.
oMopping:
Help maintain the safety of facilities during a sporting event.
oMusic:
Run the music during the pre-game and during timeouts.
oSpotting/tracking:
Tracking Libero substitutions during volleyball games.
oParking:
Assist the Campus police with parking during home Men's Basketball games.
oSetup:
Assist with the setup and tear down of facilities for sporting events.
oOther duties as assigned Full-Time/Part-Time:
